The new year begins with new responsibilities for Andreas Holler (51): as of 1 February 2024, the managing director of BUWOG Group GmbH responsible for project development is to also take over management of BUWOG Bauträger GmbH in Germany, where he will be responsible for project development in BUWOG’s southwest region.
He succeeds Andreas Barth, who has been managing director of BUWOG Bauträger GmbH since 2022 and is leaving the company by mutual agreement.

As managing director of BUWOG Group GmbH, Andreas Holler has been responsible for project development, construction management, sales and acquisitions in Austria for ten years. Under his leadership, BUWOG’s development pipeline has been significantly expanded in recent years. Born in Vienna, he holds a degree in business administration from the Boston University School of Management and completed INSEAD’s Young Manager’s Programme in Fontainebleau. Pursuing his considerable interest in the real estate sector, he was already working in project development in Eastern Europe in the early 2000s. Beginning in 2008, he worked for IMMOEAST and IMMOFINANZ in a variety of management positions, including in the investment, residential property and development sectors.

Management of BUWOG Bauträger GmbH now consists of Andreas Holler, Eva Weiß, Daniel Riedl and Arnd Fittkau. Management of BUWOG Group GmbH remains unchanged with Andreas Holler and Kevin Töpfer.
